If you've used TV Time for a while, your watch history is probably the most valuable thing in it. The good news: you can take it with you. The whole move takes a few minutes, once you have your export file.
1. Find your TV Time data export
Rutan imports the data export TV Time provides for your account: a ZIP file that contains a file named tracking-prod-records-v2.csv. If you already saved one, you're ready.
Save the ZIP somewhere you can reach from your iPhone, like Files or iCloud Drive. Don't unzip it.
2. Import it into Rutan
Open Rutan. On the welcome screen, under Bring your history, tap TV Time export and pick the ZIP. Already set up? You'll find the same option in Settings.
Before anything is saved, Rutan shows a preview of what it found, including anything it couldn't match. Nothing changes in your library until you confirm.
3. Check what came across
Once the import finishes, open Up Next. The shows you were in the middle of should be waiting, each on the next episode you haven't seen. Your Library holds everything else.
What doesn't transfer
Rutan imports your watched episodes and the shows you follow or saved for later. Movies, ratings and custom lists from TV Time aren't imported. Episodes Rutan can't match exactly to its catalog are listed in the preview instead of being guessed.
Questions
Do I need to keep my TV Time account?
No. Once your history is in Rutan, it lives there. Keep the ZIP as a backup if you like.
What if I import the same file twice?
Nothing is doubled. Rutan recognises episodes it already imported and leaves them as they are.
